EvoCare Holding AG and SIPS Japan form Joint Venture to Extend Operations to Asian Region

EvoCare Holding AG, a leading provider of digital health solutions, is pleased to announce its joint venture with the Social Impact Solutions (SIPS) Group in Japan. This collaboration marks an important milestone in EvoCare's expansion into the Asian market, enabling the acceleration of digital health and care services through the integration of human communication capabilities with a robust digital platform.
Under the joint venture, EvoCare Holding AG and SIPS Japan will form an equal partnership, combining their expertise and resources to create an unprecedented platform aimed at evolutionising the healthcare sector. Supported by EvoCare’s innovative digital platform, the partnership aims to drive global expansion while addressing the evolving needs of the healthcare sector and aging society.
Yoshiki Sasaki, CEO of SIPS Japan and an early investor in Alibaba, will lead the joint venture in Japan. His extensive experience and visionary approach make him well suited to lead the collaboration in achieving its stated goals.
In addition to expanding its operations in Japan, EvoCare Holding AG's involvement in Asia extends to India with the acquisition of Care 24 International by its Japanese partner. The partnership also extends to Indonesia with Edutech Indonesia, another SIPS acquisition. These strategic moves allow EvoCare to leverage existing national networks and collaborate with local partners to further develop home healthcare services across borders.
As part of the joint venture, EvoCare will provide platform and POC business models plus training and technology implementation to healthcare professionals within existing national networks in India and Indonesia. Dr. Wilfried Schupp, our distinguished medical advisor and former president of the German Society of Neuroradiology (DGNR), recently advise the scientific discussion in Tokyo, further strengthening the collaboration.
SIPS' goal is to establish EvoCare Japan as the centre of digital care in Asia, demonstrating its commitment to driving innovation and transformation in healthcare.
